You will field questions at QBRs, manage vendor relationships, and keep projects scoped to drive margins and growth from Provo. The role emphasizes prioritization, data analysis, and flexibility to learn new systems.

Formación

• 1+ years of prioritization experience.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple workstreams with high quality output.
• Familiarity with data trends and actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Field the awkward question in the QBR and have the data ready.
• Own the relationship with the Compensation Benchmarking vendor so it stops being a fire drill.
• Hold the line on scope when a business project starts sprawling.
• Run market sizing exercises to prioritize expansion in Provo.
• Design dashboards that track revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Analyze customer and sales data to surface actionable trends.
• Spearhead initiatives that improve operational margins year over year.
