Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides statewide HR support for BCSE employees.
• Enters all HR transactions in OASIS for new hires, resignations, retirements, and leaves.
• Reviews and approves job postings; reviews staffing request forms and position descriptions.
• Interprets personnel policies and reports issues to the Director.
• Leads with UKG Pro, audits timecards, trains and guides managers, and coordinates with payroll/benefits.
