Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of full-time or part-time clerical experience; at least one year in HR, payroll, bookkeeping or accounting.
• Substitution: one year of experience for every 30 semester hours of education.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• Experience with Kronos, NeoGov or OASIS is preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in records management.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, classification, benefits and payroll processing.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with state policies.
• Collaborate with HR teammates to resolve staff inquiries and process changes.
• Utilize Kronos, NeoGov and OASIS to navigate essential HR workflows.
• Perform other duties as assigned and participate in weekly security shifts as required.
