Our Human Resources team supports the business and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, delivering a wide range of HR programs and services. We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join the team to support these programs and services, contribute to a positive employee experience, and build a strong foundation in the HR profession. HR Assistants will have primary responsibilities within designated areas of HR while also contributing to work across the broader team based on business needs and priorities. The role provides hands‑on experience with the day‑to‑day work of a global HR function and exposure to a range of HR disciplines and processes, with the opportunity to take on greater responsibility as knowledge and capabilities develop. Success in this role requires accuracy, sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information, and the ability to manage time‑sensitive responsibilities with consistent follow‑through. HR Assistants will interact with employees and managers at all levels of the organization and are expected to approach their work with professionalism, responsiveness, and a strong sense of responsibility. Acadian supports a hybrid work environment; employees are on‑site in the Boston office 3 days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000 – $80,000 per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and includes participation in Acadian’s comprehensive benefits program, which includes health, retirement, and wellness offerings.
