Brookfield Place New York seeks an Analyst, HR Operations to deliver high-quality HR support to employees, managers and the global HR team. You will manage HR transactions in Workday and related platforms, handle inquiries, and guide users through processes from onboarding to offboarding.

The role requires strong service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a high-volume shared services environment across Brookfield Asset Management and affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience in HR administrative, HR operations, or shared services.
• Experience processing HR transactions across the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing timely, professional HR assistance.
• Manage HR case intake through resolution, escalating when needed.
• Process a broad range of HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
• Maintain accurate employee data and support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Assist employees and managers with navigating HR processes and available resources.
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance in handling sensitive information.
