Job summary

Brookfield is seeking an HR Operations Analyst in New York to deliver high-quality HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will respond to inquiries, manage HR cases, and process transactions in Workday and related systems.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR admin within a shared services setting, strong communication, and meticulous data handling. On-site role with a base salary in the listed range and potential for a cash bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of HR administrative/operations experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Experience processing HR transactions across the employee lifecycle.
Experience working with an HRIS; Workday experience is an asset.
Experience working in a high-volume HR shared services, service desk, or case management environment is preferred.
Ability to interpret HR processes and policies and provide clear guidance to employees and managers.

Responsibilities

Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR-related questions with professional, timely assistance.
Manage HR case requests from intake through resolution, escalating when required.
Process a broad range of employee lifecycle transactions within Workday and other HR platforms.
Maintain accurate employee data and support data integrity across systems.
Provide onboarding and offboarding support, ensuring required transactions and communications are completed on time.
Document and review HR transactions and related correspondence.
