Human Resources Services (HRS) is an internal function providing global operations and business support across Brookfield’s lines of business. As a member of the HR Service Desk (HRSD), the Analyst, HR Operations is responsible for delivering high-quality HR support to employees, managers, and the broader global HR team. The role serves as a key point of contact for HR-related questions, employee assistance, and the execution of day-to-day HR transactions across the employee lifecycle. The Analyst will respond to employee and manager inquiries, provide guidance on HR programs, policies, processes, and systems, and complete a broad range of transactions within Workday and other HR platforms. This includes supporting activities such as hires, job changes, organizational changes, leaves, employee data updates, and terminations. The role requires a strong customer-service mindset, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to independently manage and resolve employee requests in a high-volume, global shared services environment. This position supports Brookfield Asset Management and affiliate organizations globally.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 Our compensation structure is comprised of a base salary and a short-term incentive program (cash bonus). Cash compensation tends to vary based on geography to account for local market conditions and is set to be market competitive. Compensation decisions are based on a number of factors including relative experience, overall years of experience, industry experience, education and designations.
