• Maintain accurate employee data and support data integrity
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation and correspondence
• Investigate issues and escalate when needed
• Follow HR procedures and improve processes whenever possible
• Execute transactions in accordance with SLAs and compliance
