Job summary

Brookfield Asset Management is seeking an Analyst, HR Operations to deliver high-quality HR support to employees, managers, and the global HR team. The role focuses on case management, HR transactions, and data accuracy within Workday and other platforms.

The successful candidate will manage onboarding/offboarding, act as a trusted advisor on HR processes, and ensure SLAs and compliance are met in a high-volume shared services environment. Salary range reflects New York market conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in processing HR transactions across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS; Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers on HR-related questions.
• Manage HR requests from intake to resolution, with strong documentation.
• Process HR transactions (hires, job changes, leaves, terminations) in Workday.
