Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Pennsylvania is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding and HR operations for retail and site teams. You will manage applicants, coordinate hiring events and assist with new hire orientation across the region.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in HR, strong communication, data reporting skills and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience including recruiting and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting talent and coordinate with partners to source candidates.
• Set up and attend local recruiting/hiring events such as job fairs.
• Assist with onboarding a high volume of new employees and track completion.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
• Conduct exit interviews and report on trends.
• Compile and report employee data.
• Respond to basic employee inquiries on policies, benefits, pay.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws; escalate risks.
• Contribute to HR systems and practices in the region.
