Applegreen is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support retail district managers, site managers, and employees in the Pennsylvania region. You will handle recruiting, onboarding, training coordination, and respond to HR/pay questions using ADP Workforce Now.

In this full-time role, you’ll maintain employee data, run reports, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws. Great communication and multi-tasking are essential in our fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years HR experience including recruiting and onboarding.
• Retail or food/bev experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word; ATS familiarity.

Aufgaben

• Recruiting talent and onboarding employees.
• Coordinate local recruiting events and sourcing with schools/organizations.
• Onboarding high-volume hires in ADP Workforce Now and track completion.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions.
• Assist with coordinating and delivering training sessions.
• Conduct exit interviews and report trends for action plans.
• Compile and report employee data; respond to policy/pay inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Contribute to HR process improvements in the region and company.
