Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Hershey, PA is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support retail District Managers and Site Managers with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee inquiries. This full-time role emphasizes accurate data reporting, policy knowledge, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage ADP Workforce Now processes, build strong partner relationships, and help ensure ADA/FLSA/FMLA compliance across the region

Qualifications

2+ years of Human Resources experience including recruiting and onboarding.
Retail or food & beverage experience is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build relationships.
Experience creating employee data reports.
Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking.
Confidential information handling skills.
Knowledge of ADA, FLSA, and FMLA.
Proficient with ATS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

Recruiting talent—assist with sourcing candidates in hard-to-fill markets.
Set up and attend local recruiting/hiring events such as job fairs.
Onboarding: manage high-volume onboarding in ADP Workforce Now and track completion.
Conduct new hire orientation and training sessions.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends for action plans.
Compile and report employee data and information.
Respond to employee inquiries on policies, benefits, pay, safety, etc.
Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
Contribute to continuous HR system improvements across the region.
