Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is hiring an HR Specialist I to manage onboarding for new hires at our San Jose location. You will handle processing, licensing prerequisites and ensure each hire is fully prepared before starting.

The role emphasizes confidentiality, meticulous record-keeping, and coordinating with Licensing and Compliance to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment on client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma.
• Experience onboarding, HR administration or high-volume processing.
• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Responsabilités

• Processes new hires end to end (onsite onboarding, paperwork and setup).
• Owns licensing prerequisites and coordinates with Licensing and Compliance.
• Delivers a welcoming, organized new hire experience from day one.
• Maintains accurate HR records in the HRIS and tracking systems.
