Job summary

BLUSOURCE in Guthrie, OK is seeking a proactive Human Resources Intern to support onboarding 100+ seasonal employees during the summer. You will work with the HR team to gain hands-on experience and apply people-centered approaches to help meet business needs.

You\'ll assist with recruitment activities, event planning, and administrative tasks such as new hire checklists, interviewing support, scanning and filing documents, and employee recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Hold or are working toward a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communication or related field.
• Microsoft Office 365 is required.
• Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support HR activities related to recruitment, event planning, onboarding, and recognition programs.
• Assist in interviews and complete new hire checklists; scan and file documents.
• Provide general administrative HR support as needed.
