Responsibilities

• Schedule and deliver hourly new hire orientation to ensure new employees understand company policies.
• Enter new hire data into Workday at orientation.
• Check rehire status and merge records as needed.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks with recruiting to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Greet walk-in applicants and answer questions on HR policies.
• Perform tasks such as badging, I-9, Pay Card administration, and WOTC.
