Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deliver hourly new hire orientation; ensure paperwork is entered into Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and data entry in a timely manner.
• Check rehire status and merge records as needed.
• Partner with recruiting to schedule orientations and paperwork.
• Present offer letters and ensure manual letters are loaded into Workday.
• Greet walk-in applicants and answer HR policy questions.
• Perform departmental tasks such as badging, SSN issues resolution, I-9 completion.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support safety initiatives and PPE compliance.
• Assist employee engagement activities.
• Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
