The Institute for Building Technology and Safety (IBTS) is seeking an HR Coordinator for our Ashburn, VA headquarters. This in-office role focuses on onboarding new hires, wellness initiatives, and broad HR administrative support across multiple locations.

You will manage HR records, systems, reporting, and purchasing while maintaining confidentiality. You will work under the Senior HR Generalist, coordinating onboarding, wellness events, benefits-related tasks, and HR projects in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of directly related HR experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field with relevant experience.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding processes and orientations.
• Plan quarterly employee wellness events and communications.
• Provide HR admin support for benefits, performance and recruiting.
• Prepare HR reports and maintain personnel files.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings, and HR calendars.
