Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of HR or administrative experience required.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee records and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update HRIS records, employee files, and compliance documentation.
• Manage onboarding for new hires, students, volunteers, contractors, providers, fellows, interns, externs, and trainees.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire orientation, including paperwork and onboarding schedules.
• Support bi-monthly timesheet and payroll processes, including payroll reports.
• Serve as main contact for clinical credentialing vendor and ensure licensure and compliance documents stay current.
• Lead workers' compensation claim administration, including paperwork and follow-up.
