Job summary

Four County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an HR Generalist for a full-time Day shift. Starting pay ranges from $19.51 to $23.41 per hour with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

The role covers onboarding, I-9s, background checks, license verifications, payroll timing, and HR policy interpretation. You’ll support directors, manage records in Workday, and help improve retention and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Processes new hires, status changes and terminations within defined timeframes.
• Completes I-9 processing and pre-employment background checks.
• Create job requisitions and source/review applications.
• Verifies medical licenses and certifications as needed.
• Processes associate absence and leave paperwork.
• Coordinate with Leave of Absence and Termination processes as required.
• Onboards new associates and maintains personnel files compliantly.
• Reports worked time and expenses per guidelines.
• Sits in on performance coaching and HR-related meetings as needed.
