Qualifikationen

• Minimum of two years of HR-related experience
• Associate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Experience with onboarding and recruitment a plus
• Experience with HRIS systems

Aufgaben

• Lead recruitment and onboarding, posting jobs, screening and interviewing applicants.
• Initiate drug screens, onboarding, and complete new hire paperwork.
• Maintain and secure employee files from pre-employment to termination.
• Coordinate HR training programs and materials with managers and employees.
• Monitor attendance and timecard coding; communicate attendance points and disciplinary actions.
• Provide clerical support: phones, data entry, and office supplies.
• Ensure up-to-date legal postings within designated areas; handle mail distribution.
• Assist with payroll changes and updates, including hours, transfers, and salary updates.
