Based in Glen Allen, Virginia, the position collaborates with managers to post openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and assist with onboarding and payroll/benefits processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience or internship in an HR function preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company website.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and support onboarding for new hires.
• Maintain HR data, assist with payroll and benefits administration as needed.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR process improvements.
