Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR or administrative support experience.
• Familiarity with HR principles and employment laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; HRIS experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment: posting ads, scheduling interviews, onboarding.
• Maintain employee records in HRIS and physical files.
• Support benefits administration: enrollments and inquiries.
• Respond to internal HR inquiries and assist employees.
• Plan and execute employee engagement events.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Provide general HR administrative support.
