Job summary

Wayne Farms LLC seeks an HR Coordinator to schedule and deliver new hire orientation for hourly staff, ensuring accurate completion of paperwork and entry into Workday.

You will greet walk-in applicants, support onboarding tasks, assist recruiters with pre-employment processes, and handle routine HR clerical duties with confidentiality.

A high school diploma and strong MS Office skills are required; experience with Workday or similar HR systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Relevant clerical experience required or preferred in HR.
• Experience with HR processes is strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills across Word, Excel, Outlook; familiarity with Workday or similar HR system.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deliver hourly new hire orientation and ensure paperwork is valid.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks and ensure data is entered correctly in Workday.
• Screen candidates and assist with interviews and offer letters.
• Serve as first point of contact for walk-in applicants and answer HR questions.
• Perform safety, administrative, and miscellaneous tasks (I-9, Pay Card, etc.).
