Job summary

Sphere Investigations in Park Ridge, IL is seeking an organized HR Coordinator to support onboarding, employee records, compliance tracking, and HR operations for a nationwide workforce.

You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Licensing teams to ensure accurate records, timely processing, and responsive service. A 1–3 year HR or admin background is preferred, with ADP Workforce Now and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration preferred.
• 1–3 years in HR, recruiting, or administrative roles preferred.
• Experience with HRIS and multi-state workforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new hire onboarding and complete onboarding documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support benefits enrollment and payroll data accuracy.
• Assist with compliance tracking and licensing requirements.
