POSITION SUMMARY

The Human Resources Specialist supports daily HR operations with a strong focus on compliance, employee documentation, assistance with onboarding, personnel processes. The position serves as a resource to employees and management and ensures HR practices comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Security industry experience is preferred.

WINTEAM EXPERIENCE

• Experience with PERC, licensing, certification, or regulatory compliance.
• HRIS/ATS experience and experience supporting a large hourly workforce.
