Carroll Construction Supply seeks an organized HR Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role supports hiring and onboarding, ensuring documentation, licenses, certifications, and training records stay current.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities, and values confidentiality within HR. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS is preferred, with Paycom experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in human resources, onboarding, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow-up tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort handling confidential employee information with discretion.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements and onboarding activities.
• Communicate onboarding status with hiring managers and schedule start dates.
• Assist new hires through onboarding and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Track training and required documentation for new employees.
• Maintain accurate records in HRIS and other systems.
• Monitor licenses, certifications, and expirations; obtain updated docs.
• Assist with I-9 and other employment eligibility tasks.
• Provide general HR administrative support and assist with projects.
