Job summary

Wonderway ABA Services is seeking an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, employee administration, compliance, and HR operations. You will ensure new hires are onboarded smoothly and records stay compliant.

You will manage background checks, verifications, and accounts, while assisting with payroll onboarding, benefits, training tracking, and HR reporting. This role requires discretion and strong communication within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of HR, recruiting, onboarding, or administrative experience.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and employment documentation preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Experience with Paylocity or CentralReach preferred in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding from offer to first day.
• Process background checks, verifications, and credential tracking.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with Payroll onboarding and accounts setup.
• Create employee accounts in platforms (CentralReach, Telebroad, Microsoft).
• Monitor trainings and compliance deadlines.
• Assist with benefits administration and eligibility tracking.
• Respond to HR inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Support recruitment logistics and interview coordination.
• Maintain confidentiality of records.
• Assist HR reporting, audits, and policy updates.
• Support employee engagement and recognition programs.
