Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage new hire paperwork and onboarding documents accurately.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS with data integrity.
• Assist in benefits enrollment, changes, and communications with employees.
• Support employee relations and facilitate communication between staff and management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and policies.
• Coordinate with departments on HR initiatives and projects as needed.
• Generate HR reports and maintain records related to activities and metrics.
