Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment for professional roles.
• Knowledge of federal and Texas employment laws.
• Experience onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR documentation.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain foundational HR processes for the U.S. operation.
• Serve as the local HR resource for employees and management.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, changes, and offboarding.
• Maintain confidential personnel records.
• Support employee relations, performance management, investigations, and coaching.
• Develop policies and employee handbook materials for U.S. operations.
• Coordinate payroll info, benefits enrollment, and leave administration with internal and third-party teams.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment requirements.
• Support compensation reviews, workforce planning, and succession planning.
• Partner with global HR leadership to align local practices with company standards.
