This role is highly operational and requires a self-driven, hands-on HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and is comfortable traveling regularly to active job sites, client locations, and fabrication facilities throughout Texas.
Based in Dallas, this individual will serve as a strategic and tactical partner to operations leadership while supporting a large field employee population across Texas operations. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, workers’ compensation management, and multi-state employment law compliance within construction, industrial, manufacturing, or similar field-driven industries. This is not a traditional corporate HR role — success in this position requires visibility in the field, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex employee situations in dynamic operational environments.
Regular travel across Texas operations, including active job sites, client locations, and fabrication facilities.
