  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Provide guidance regarding FMLA, ADA accommodations, leave administration, and employee documentation
  • Conduct onsite HR visits, leadership coaching, and employee support meetings across active Texas operations
  • Support attendance management, corrective action processes, and performance documentation
  • Assist with organizational growth initiatives, onboarding support, and operational workforce planning
  • Identify and mitigate employee relations and compliance risks proactively
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and reporting practices
  • Collaborate closely with Safety, Recruiting, Payroll, and Operations teams
  • Navigate multi-employer job settings, supporting employees and leadership across shared work environments
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in high-volume environments
  • Construction, skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or field operations experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large hourly/field employee populations
  • Strong workplace investigations experience REQUIRED
  • Strong workers’ compensation and claims management experience REQUIRED
  • Experience with multi-state employment law compliance
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employee leave management
  • Ability to travel across Texas as business needs require
  • Strong communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to operate independently while supporting multiple operational leaders
  • Ability to comfortably articulate findings and provide evidence-based recommendations to organizational leaders
Preferred Skills
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
  • OSHA knowledge or exposure to construction safety environments
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed operations
