Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, nonprofit preferred.
• Knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bi-weekly payroll & benefits administration and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Lead recruitment, screening, and interviews; design onboarding programs.
• Manage offboarding, exit interviews, and final documentation.
• Advise on performance management, coaching, and employee development.
• Maintain HR records and metrics; report to leadership.
• Coordinate health and safety programs and workers' compensation inquiries.
