Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2+ years HR management experience in industrial settings preferred.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and safety programs.
• Experience with HRIS and Workday or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for managers and employees on HR policies.
• Manage employee lifecycle, pay, benefits, and leave administration.
• Support recruitment for hourly and temporary roles via HRIS system.
• Oversee interviews, offers, onboarding paperwork, and status updates.
• Coordinate performance management, discipline, and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve employee relations issues.
