• Three years in HR management for 200+ employees.
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the administrative functions of the workforce.
• Recruit, screen, and retain employees and manage records.
• Establish hiring process including applications review, interviewing, and background checks.
• Maintain personnel records and ensure compliance with trainings and certifications.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs and address staff concerns.
• Ensure compliance with client, company, state, and federal employment requirements.
