DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager to provide strategic HR counsel to leaders across the country, including distribution centers and regional offices. The role emphasizes business partnership, employee engagement, and change management to drive a high-performing workplace.

You will lead a team delivering comprehensive HR support, develop people-focused strategies with business leaders, and ensure transparent workforce initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent (4 years work experience) required.
• 5+ years HR experience across major HR functions.
• Experience partnering with senior management is required.
• Knowledge of HR metrics, HR systems and labor law preferred.
• Experience leading organizational change and conflict resolution helpful.
• Experience with data analytics and onboarding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel and advisory services to business leaders.
• Lead a team delivering full life-cycle HR support across centers and offices.
• Collaborate with leaders to embed people strategies in the business plan.
• Monitor employee engagement and coach associates at all levels.
• Drive organizational change initiatives and measure impacts.
• Communicate clearly in management discussions and deliver results.
