Job summary

QUICK USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build and lead the HR function for its first U.S. operation in Plano, Texas.

You will own HR operations, policy development, onboarding, and recruitment for 30–40 staff across initial stores, with an eye toward scalable growth. Ideal candidates bring hands-on HR leadership in multi-location restaurant settings, strong knowledge of U.S. employment law, and excellent communication skills to partner with teams in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in human resources, HR management, or a related field.
• Experience leading high-volume recruitment for a large-scale restaurant chain, including multi-location hiring.
• Experience working with restaurant industry associations or related organizations.
• Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR operations.
• Ability to establish HR processes and procedures in a growing organization.
• Knowledge of applicable U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on approach to supporting a new business launch.

Responsibilities

• Build and establish HR operations, policies, and procedures for the U.S. business.
• Lead recruitment efforts for 30–40 employees for initial store opening.
• Develop onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Support workforce planning and staffing as the company grows.
• Establish and maintain HR documentation and employee records.
• Support employee relations and HR inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws.
• Collaborate with management in Japan and the U.S. on HR alignment.
• Continuously improve HR processes to support expansion to multiple locations.
