Amcor Flexibles, LLC is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR policies, programs, and initiatives across our manufacturing plant. You will oversee employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, and staffing to drive performance and a positive employee experience.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensure legal compliance, and promote a high‑performance culture with a hands‑on, strategic approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
• Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to present to large groups.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior supervisory experience.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage HR policies, programs, and initiatives for plant operations.
• Oversee employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, training, and staffing.
• Advise plant leadership on compliance, HR trends, and best practices.
• Lead engagement and continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational restructuring.
