The Talon Tribe at Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Inc is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead payroll, benefits, HRIS administration, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will partner with club management on recruitment, selection, and staff orientation across a multi-faceted hospitality environment.

Ideal candidates bring 5–7 years of HR/payroll experience, a bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with HRIS systems and Paylocity.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SHRM-CP preferred or achievable within one year of hire.
• 5–7 years payroll and HR experience preferred.
• Experience administering benefits, workers’ compensation, and HR compliance.

Aufgaben

• Manage personnel program; develop and implement HR policies and maintain employee files.
• Administer HRIS; process hires, merit increases, and terminations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal system improvements with management.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and staff orientation; benchmark pay rates.
• Oversee H2B visa program liaison with attorneys and recruiters.
• Conduct harassment and discrimination investigations as needed.
• Develop recruitment ads; screen applicants; coordinate background checks.
• Chair Employee Wellbeing Committee; design motivation and retention programs.
• Administer benefits; manage unemployment claims and related programs.
• Provide orientation and training program development with department heads.
• Ensure mandatory trainings (harassment, abuse prevention, CPR/First Aid).
• Oversee safety programs and OSHA compliance; review accidents and emergencies.
• Maintain job descriptions library; support department heads on training and development.
