Job summary

Rehoboth Beach Country Club, Inc is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead the club’s personnel program, maintain payroll records, administer benefits and workers’ compensation, and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws.

The role partners with club management on recruitment, selection and orientation of new staff, with responsibilities spanning HRIS, performance appraisals, and training programs in a fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or business or related field.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification or ability to attain within one year.
• 5-7 years payroll and HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the club’s personnel program; develop and implement policies and procedures.
• Administer the HRIS including new hires, merit increases, and terminations.
• Coordinate performance appraisal system improvements and employee relations.
