Treatment Trends, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer seeking a full-time HR Manager to oversee payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration, ensuring compliance with regulations for 100+ employees at our Allentown location.

You will be the primary contact for employee issues, support program leadership, and drive satisfaction and retention through effective onboarding, records management, and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s Degree or certificate in Human Resources (SHRM-CP or HRCI preferred).
• Minimum 3 years in an administrative role with HR responsibilities, including payroll processing.
• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll and ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate onboarding of new employees, background checks, and new-hire paperwork.
• Conduct exit interviews and report findings with recommendations to leadership.
• Maintain personnel files and electronic records related to roles, changes, and benefits.
• Serve as a go-to contact for payroll, benefits, and policy questions; aid policy design and rollout.
• Support policy enforcement, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Assist with benefits renewal, open enrollment, and enrollment audits.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs; support training initiatives.
