Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Social Sciences with at least 5 years of HR experience.
• Must be able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and guidance by partnering with site/business leaders.
• Lead recruitment strategies for multiple positions across the organization.
• Oversee payroll processing and timekeeping; ensure legal compliance and accurate compensation.
• Develop and implement employee relations programs; train and support managers on ER matters.
• Support performance management, training, engagement, and change management initiatives.
• Analyze HR data and reports to drive continuous improvement.
