Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Social Sciences and 5+ years HR experience.
• Must work in unregulated warehouse temperatures; adaptability required.
• Experience with payroll processing and timekeeping preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with strategy.
• Drive change management and communication across sites and functions.
• Establish robust recruitment processes for various roles.
• Administer employee relations, compensation, benefits and training.
• Coach managers and employees; support talent development and engagement.
• Ensure legal compliance and prepare workforce-related reports.
