Job summary

Chickie’s & Pete’s CPC HQ in Bensalem, PA is hiring an HR Manager to lead day-to-day HR across all locations and the corporate office. You will partner with GMs to manage employee relations, hiring, onboarding, training, compliance, benefits, and payroll backup.

This hands-on role supports our fast-paced multi-location restaurant environment, focusing on hiring, training and retaining the right people with a day-shift schedule and minimal travel.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of progressive HR experience in multi-location settings
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Hands-on payroll experience and payroll backup responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR for Chickie’s & Pete’s locations and corporate HQ
• Manage employee relations investigations and performance issues
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives
• Coordinate training, certifications and development programs
• Ensure compliance, benefits administration and HR records
