Job summary

CEPA & Qualastat is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations for three locations, including two Chandler sites and a Gettysburg site. You will drive employee lifecycle processes, partner with leaders, and implement strategic HR initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

You will lead talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, and employee relations while ensuring compliance, data integrity, and an excellent employee experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years in HR, manufacturing or value‑added distribution; 3+ in a managerial/business partner role.
• Working knowledge of HRIS, benefits, talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance management, culture.
• Ability to diagnose problems, improve processes, and handle confidential matters with tact.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across three sites, ensuring compliant, high‑quality employee experience.
• Serve as primary HR partner to managers and staff, guiding on policies and workplace issues.
• Own full cycle recruitment, onboarding, and pre-employment activities for organizational growth.
• Lead compensation, benefits education, enrollment support, and open enrollment activities.
• Administer leaves, accommodations, workers’ comp, and payroll data accuracy.
• Maintain HRIS data, dashboards, and workforce analytics for leadership decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state/local employment laws and internal policies.
