Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across CEPA & Qualastat's three sites.
• Coach managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and employee development.
• Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Administer and improve compensation, benefits, and open enrollment programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
