Job summary

ITW Global Brands in Lakeland, FL is seeking an HR Manager to support the Professional Applications business unit. This role is strategic yet hands-on, serving as the primary HR partner to the Business Unit Manager and providing day-to-day HR support and policy administration for the Lakeland site.

You will collaborate with the HR Director and local managers on talent acquisition, performance and compensation, workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, HR or equivalent.
• 8+ years HR generalist or business partnering experience.
• Experience handling employee relations in manufacturing.
• Strong HR business partnership and influences; understand business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance, coaching, and support on HR matters.
• Talent acquisition, onboarding, workforce planning and development.
• Partner with management on HR strategy and policy administration.
• Monitor policies to ensure legal compliance and disciplinary case support.
• Travel 15–20% in the US.
