Job summary

Springs Window Fashions seeks a Human Resources Manager - Operations to own the Middleton, WI facility HR plan and support the Hialeah, FL plant, delivering proactive, approachable service to associates and leaders.

You will lead associate relations, talent acquisition, engagement, workforce planning and HR budget activities to strengthen associate experience, labor stability and operational continuity across locations while upholding Best Experience culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience supporting employee relations activities
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, case management and compliance requirements
• Experience with coaching, counseling, performance management, and progressive discipline
• Knowledge of workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and HR systems
• Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Lead associate relations: advise leaders on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, coaching, progressive discipline, audits, investigations, and regulatory compliance
• Drive Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: partner with hiring managers, sourcing, coordinating with staffing partners, interviewing, and delivering onboarding experiences
• Champion Employee Engagement & Culture: lead recognition programs, pulse surveys, action plans, leadership development, and overall Best Experience culture
• Support Workforce Planning & Business Performance: align staffing with business needs, monitor HR metrics, manage budgets, analyze trends and provide recommendations
