iMPact Business Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations within a large manufacturing facility, partnering with plant leadership, supporting hourly teams, and driving engagement, retention, and performance improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of manufacturing HR leadership, experience supporting 400+ employees, strong background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and HRIS systems such as SAP or SuccessFactors, and a proven track record of

Qualifications

5+ years of HR leadership experience in manufacturing
Experience supporting large manufacturing workforces (400+ employees)
Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Experience partnering with plant leadership and production teams
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day HR operations for a large manufacturing facility
Partner with plant leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, and business needs
Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and employee development initiatives
Manage HR processes including performance management, compensation, benefits coordination, and workforce reporting
Lead employee investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution efforts
Drive employee engagement initiatives and support a positive, high-performance culture
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices
Utilize HR metrics and data to support business decisions and continuous improvement
