Job summary

RATP Dev USA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR team and drive policy development across locations. You will guide recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with CBAs and labor rules.

The role requires strategic coaching of leaders, data-driven HR initiatives, and robust labor relations expertise to support operations and safety across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR teams and implementing policies and procedures.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor relations.
• Ability to develop and execute enterprise-wide HR programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two: recruiter and HR generalist.
• Design and implement employee relations framework.
• Interpret CBAs and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, and background checks.
• Coach leaders on performance management and conflict resolution.
• Analyze turnover, complaints, and safety metrics for mitigations.
• Coordinate compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
