The onsite position requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field, strong employee relations and investigations experience, and Paycor familiarity. You will oversee payroll, benefits, recruiting, and compliance while guiding leadership on HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field.
• Strong employee relations and investigations experience.
• Experience supporting multi-state or decentralized workforces.
• Familiarity with Paycor is preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in Birmingham, AL.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Coach managers through employee challenges and corrective actions.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and recruiting functions.
• Ensure employment law and company policy compliance.
• Advise leadership on workforce trends and HR strategies.
• Guide and develop the HR team.
• Support engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
