Job summary

CFS is seeking an HR Manager to own HR operations for a growing multi-state organization and to partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational growth, and strategic HR initiatives across Indiana, Arizona, and Florida.

You will oversee onboarding, offboarding, recruiting, and employee relations across locations, ensure compliance across four states, and help build scalable HR processes to support continued expansion and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Experience with employee lifecycle and compliance functions.
• Experience supporting multi-state HR operations and regulatory compliance.
• Strategic, hands-on professional in a fast-paced environment; SHRM certification a plus.
